At Data Interview Labs, we strive to ensure you have the best possible experience while preparing for your data engineering interviews. This policy outlines your rights and options regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your account will remain active and you will continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle (the month you have already paid for).
How to Cancel:
- Log in to your Data Interview Labs account.
- Navigate to your Account settings or Dashboard.
- Select the "Billing" or "Subscription" section.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm.
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. No further charges will be made to your payment method unless you choose to reactivate your subscription.
2. Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of our service and instant access to our proprietary interview scenarios, coding environments, and evaluation models, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for time previously subscribed but unused.
Exceptions:
We may grant refunds at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical Issues: If you experience severe, persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of the platform, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental Renewals: If you forgot to cancel your subscription and contact Support within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not accessed or utilized any Pro features within the new billing cycle.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact our support team at support@datainterviewlabs.com with your account email and the reason for your request. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
